As you have seen, some websites are listed in the top of their category with a little "Goldstar" next to them.
Being a "GoTop Partner" is not the same as being an ordinary GoTop Member. The partners are listed at the top of their category with a Gold Star next to their listing. They have a "clickable" pure HTML link that will drive traffic and boost Link Popularity to their websites.
The cost of applying for becoming a "GoTop Partner" is $19.95. There is then a monthly recurring fee of $9.95 to stay a "Partner" member. The partners receive approx 400% more link exchange requests than an ordinary member, so it is valuable to entertain partner status.
At present we only accept "GoTop partner" applications as our "ordinary member" quota is full. If you are an ordinary member and wish to upgrade to partner status you are welcome to go to Payment and deposit $19.95 via Paypal and we will review your application within 4 days. If you have ordinary membership chances are almost 100% that you will qualify for "partner status".
Also, send us an email at admin@gotop.com with the Subject "Partner Application". Don't forget to mention your website and your name in the email.
